Napa Plant Site Restoration

In partnership with URS, we conducted community workshops, developed a comprehensive master plan, bid documents and provided construction monitoring for redevelopment of 1,460 acres of salt ponds into a restored habitat to benefit estuarine biota including waterfowl, shorebirds, fishes and small mammals. The project included establishment of public access to the site to provide a variety of recreational and educational opportunities.
